We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was excellent. The location turned out to be peaceful and perfect, close enough to Newcastle, and the outdoor gardens. It also was close to nature.

All the employees were excellent. The family room was neat with a bath. Could use iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. The vibe here was family.

Impressive value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to pay less than R5K for five rooms in a luxurious five-star accommodation. The location, decor, amenities, and service were all exceptional. It was evident that everything was done with love. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Had the best Easter holiday in a small, hidden gem in a posh neighborhood. the staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was surprisingly well-appointed, very clean, and tidy. Appreciated the little extras like fresh milk and homemade cookies that made our stay extra special. A delectable breakfast with a wide variety of choices was served, and it was the perfect way to start our day. the lush garden and modest pool were a cherry on top.
We had a few minor issues with noises that bothered us at night. We could hear water running through pipes and some footsteps upstairs that disturbed our sleep.

The hotel offered exclusive amenities and fulfilled our luxurious needs during the stay. We enjoyed the elegant leisure area and the beautiful garden with a sun terrace, BBQ facilities, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool.
The only minor issue was with the breakfast menu, which had limited options and could have been more diverse. we had a satisfying experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location advantages.

The breakfast was great, they even had options for vegetarians. The pool was a nice touch, especially on a hot day like the ones we had. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the location, as it was close to several restaurants and shopping options.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and the air conditioning was noisy at times. The Wi-Fi connection was also not very strong, which made it difficult to work on our laptops.
